A new digital standard in recruitment
During my time at iO Digital Agency, I worked closely with YER on their digital transformation. As part of a complete rebranding, we set the course for a platform that serves both candidates and clients at the highest level. Through an in-depth discovery phase and user testing, we laid a foundation that is ready for the future.

Discovery & Strategy
The collaboration with YER began with an intensive discovery phase. Together with YER's stakeholders, we mapped out the objectives and the diverse user groups. These strategic sessions were essential to simplify the complex structure of a major player in job mediation back to a core focused on relevance and speed.
User Testing
Instead of relying on assumptions, we extensively tested the new site structure and interface concepts with the target audience. Through qualitative user tests, we gained direct insight into how candidates navigate and where the pain points lay. We translated these insights immediately into simplified navigation and an intuitive application process.
Branding & Platform
The launch of the new website coincided with the introduction of a completely new visual identity for YER. I was responsible for translating this branding into a digital design that radiates professionalism, ambition, and accessibility. The result is a modern, clean platform that bridges the gap between high-end consultancy and user-friendly technology.
