Ordina (Sopra Steria)
Making the impact of digital transformation visible
For Ordina (now Sopra Steria), acting as a UX Strategist within the team at iO Digital Agency, I laid the foundation for a new digital platform. During this process, I defined the strategic direction: translating Ordina's high-end capabilities into tangible impact to both convince new business partners and inspire top talent to pursue a career at a market leader.

The challenge
Ordina wanted to break away from the traditional corporate look under the motto 'Ahead of Change.' In addition to developing a new platform that conveyed this vision, I advised backing up that promise with real impact: the results consultants achieve in complex, challenging projects. The central question was how to present these projects in a way that appeals to both CEOs and talented consultants. As a UX strategist, my focus was on designing a journey that doesn't just claim expertise, but proves it convincingly.
Impact through storytelling
I introduced a new concept, the 'Lighthouse cases': high-end landing pages where we dive deep using custom storytelling. Instead of static blocks of text, I designed a dynamic framework that offers space for rich media and interactive elements, making the actual impact of projects tangible. One example is the large-scale CO₂ reduction at the Port of Rotterdam, achieved through smart software solutions.
Innovative architecture
Together with the team, we chose a headless approach (Nuxt in combination with Storyblok). This resulted in a lightning-fast and scalable platform that fully breathed Ordina's innovative mindset. Due to the merger of Ordina and Sopra Steria, the web platform is unfortunately no longer accessible.
