The international standard for selling used trucks
As part of the team at iO Digital Agency, I worked on the new digital platform for DAF's used vehicles. In a market where trust and efficiency are paramount, we built a platform where entrepreneurs can expand their fleet directly, transparently, and with ease.

The Challenge
Selling used trucks is a complex process with many variables: from technical specifications and maintenance history to various purchasing methods like direct sales and auctions. The challenge was to translate this vast amount of data into an interface that feels clear and reliable for the international business buyer. As a UX Strategist, my focus was on streamlining this customer journey.
System-Powered Design
Continuity is crucial for a global brand like DAF. Instead of reinventing the wheel, I worked extensively with the existing DAF Design System. By strategically utilizing proven components for new functionalities — such as the bidding system for auctions — the user interface remained consistent, recognizable, and, above all, functional.
Focus on Simplicity
In close collaboration with the DAF team, we removed barriers in the buying process. Through smart filtering and a clear information hierarchy, users can now find the right truck faster and initiate the purchase process. The result is a robust B2B platform that radiates the quality and professionalism DAF is known for.
